"Have been getting scripts from here for nearly 10 years. The last few years the service has gone downhill. They've lost scripts ( suggested that I have them.......nope!! ). So therefore had to make a Drs appointment to get a script to replace the ones they've lost. Escripts dont even get bothered sending through to customers anymore. This used to be a great chemist. Since a few of the original ladies have left, forget it!! Seriously don't think the replacement ladies are much cop. I'll be going to another chemist from now on."

"Was given terrible advice on how to give my son anti biotics even though I said itvwouit wo work the lady was positive it was the only way. I took her asvadv and he spat it all out. So I called to see if they could please replace it as it was one of 3 doses and they told me that I would need a new scrosc and to pay the full $30 again for one dose. Very bad service now I have a sick little boy and who know when I can get him in to the doctor your a new script. They couldn't care less"

"Prices here for prescription medications are exorbitant. Other consumers are told that this is because of the tourist location, however, down the road at Nobby's Beach (the heart of tourism) the Chempro Chemist there charges half the price! I questioned the chemist about this when buying a bottle of Propranolol tablets ($19.95), asking why their price was double that of other places ($9.99). She looked it up on the computer, crossed out the price and charged me the acceptable $9.99. Didn't offer any reason or comment, just ordered me to tap my card. I won't be visiting here anytime soon. The sales assistants appear to be very friendly and helpful, however the chemist is extremely rude, surly and indifferent."
