"It looks nice BUT Terrible customer service! On 28/07/23 Before our food turn up a “this table is reserved and please vacate” note was placed on table with no explanation, staff just walked off. We only had an hour to get off our table. And no food had arrived yet!!. When I went to the bar to ask the Manager what was happening she said “people never stay in here long” how is that an explanation? and though I was being a pain, said the note had to stay. Not welcoming at all. Cancel getting mains from the menu and we just ate the first item we ordered, going somewhere else. The price for the tapas style food is very high and when you get fast food style get out in an hour services not worth it. Funny when I said I was writing a google review I was offered free drinks. Said no, night ruined. Been coming here since it opened, not the first time I’ve had issues and got a deal with it attitude. Not returning."

"Went for the seafood boil special. The food arrived before all the guests were seated. We had 8kg between six people, but were only given 3 napkins, 4 crab cracking tools, no crab forks, only 1 wash bowl and 1 waste bowl. It was maybe half full at its peak, but the tables and chairs are so squashed together it was really uncomfortable. No spice or much flavour to the sauce. Most of the seafood was small crab. Would not recommended sorry."

"Mixed bag first time trying Coventry pavilion last night, my thoughts below Big pub with loads of seating and good vibe but some things missing mark Great cocktails, delicious chips, Pizzas looked great! We had the sizzling seafood and prawns and fish were great, squid over cooked and slipper lobster was so tiny it was pointless being there. Tri tip was a disaster so overcooked and chewy lacking seasoning and flavour. Overall I think they are trying to do to much, with half the menu restaurant style dishes but not executed well, perhaps they best sticking to pub Style and Pizzas. Would go back again for $10 espresso Martini on Friday but stick with Pizzas and the super yummy sumac chips"

"Friendly staff. Brilliant location. Good prices. Huge venue with multiple seating options. Delicious food. Kids pizza was fantastically presented. Bloody Mary oyster shots, were the best of ever had, and a good price. Great tap and wine selection! Definitely keen to come back."
