"I was looking for a pair of boots I walked into the store found a nice pair But not one staff member engaged with me at all no eye contact no hello The store was not busy with only one other customer This was on Saturday afternoon about 3.30 So I walked out I then returned about 30 min later I tried on a boot of the shelf fitted well would of bought it if a staff member had engaged with me Walked out again Maybe a little customer service skills wouldn't go a stray"

"Unfortunately as much as I love the shoes from this store I have/currently having the worst experience with the pacific fair store. I bought a pair of boots on the 3rd of March mind you they were $390.00. I wore these boots once and the bottom of the heel snapped off. I took these in to discuss repair the next day as it did not come with a spare heel attachment which I was advised they normally do. The employee at the counter then suggested I go to another store in pacfair to get them fixed when I asked if I will be charged she said ‘just leave them here and we’ll do it but it’s the same process’ so I left my boots. At first I was advised they would be fixed in a few days, I have called multiple times as they have made little to no attempts to contact me and each time I call it’s another week I have to wait for my boots to be fixed. I’m writing this 18 days later and still don’t have my shoes or any idea when they will be fixed. I’m so unhappy with my experience and extremely disappointed with my purchase. After expressing my concern to my friends I have had someone tell me that the same thing happened to them with the same boots and the whole bottom of the heel snapped after very few wears."

"Love this store. I was struggling to find shoes I wanted for a wedding . Luckily Bree the store assistant there knew exactly what I was trying to explain . I'd tried many other stores to no avail. Very knowledgeable and polite staff member. Highly recommended Definitely returning for future purchases"

"I had a potter around this well set out store last week located n Pacific Fair shopping centre. Gorgeous shoes. I like Tony Bianco shoes as they are stylish, classical and sometimes that little bit edgy. I usually buy TB shoes in Myer so it was nice to see an actual Tony Bianco store. The staff were welcoming and friendly."
