"Store is 3 stories tall but no plus size section at all. Such a shame as they have good options for plus size people online but couldn’t even spare 2 racks for clothes in store. I even asked a staff member to confirm because I was sure that there would be a section but was told that there was no section, to look at the back of the rack and I might find something “if I’m lucky” or shop online."

"came here with a couple of mates. i was looking around and while so i was being followed around by the staffs and security. saying i stole stuff, i let them check my pockets. bought a bra just so they could leave me alone, but was still followed. i am a black teenage girl and there was many other (white) teenagers who weren’t being stalked around the store."
