I don’t go very often, however whenever I do- there is no one at the pay window.. while waiting to pay when you finally look ahead and there is a staff member at the pick up window just starting at you to drive on forward and pay. Not only do they take forever for something as simple as a cold drink, if you order after waiting over 5 mins they then ask you to park up. Needs some training in time efficiency and common courtesy/friendliness. The worst hungry jacks of all."
