"They don't know how to follow instructions and it's pricey for the quality. I get that they are "professionals" but I showed pictures and asked where I wanted my hair to be cut up to and the way they were describing how they were going to cut my hair seemed promising. they made it way too short, uneven and unnecessarily cut layers when I didn't ask for that. I went home and had to fix the ugly and uneven cut by myself. Never coming back."

"My 3 year old is a nightmare for haircuts. The team did an amazing job. There was no wait time and they worked hard trying to distract him. The lady cutting was so fast and worked wonders working around me trying to hold our screaming boy still. Thanks to everyone there, we're very grateful."

"Always bring my toddler here for hair cuts. One of the only places locally with the little car for kids to sit in and always cut his hair great and distract him enough for him to not get upset. The past few times has been great at easing him into hair cuts."

"Waited a long time. Wash was nice. Cut was awful. I wanted a trim and a thin with no layers. Asked for it to be able to be tied back. She cut it way too short. Added layers. Can’t tie it back. One side is longer and thicker than the other. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. Felt like she was hacking at my hair like Edward scissor hands and was way too heavy handed with the hair dryer that my neck has been sore the rest of the day. 100% would not recommend"

"Had the worst experience ever! Went in (Sat 18 Mar, 3.15pm appointment) for a shampoo and blow dry with curls and showed the staff a picture for reference. I was told that the service would cost $90 and made to wait 45 minutes after which they washed my hair and increased the quote I was given by $34. Since my hair was already wet, I had no choice but to consent and when I complained about the difference in price I was told that the attending staff on the desk was not a hairdresser and that it was also due to my hair being thick that the price quoted had now been increased. The staff who had given me the initial quote had actually consulted with this lady prior to giving me the quote and had checked my hair length etc before the service. Anyhow I still consented as there was nothing much I could do at this stage with dripping wet hair. To add to my misery two ladies then proceeded to tug, dry and style my hair which ended up looking worse than when I had walked in(not to mention nothing like the pictured showed for reference). I am seriously shocked at the terrible service and would never ever return and needless to say would never recommend to anyone else either. Deserves zero stars if I had the option to give that. I am shocked to my core at their lack of professionalism and lack of skills. Regards, Zahra"
