"Great place with lots of different pet resources available from here, ie) puppy classes (socialising) doggy daycare (on certain days if they still operate this service) Groomers, vet services, not to mention the selection of pet foods and toys and everything you'd need for your pet, caters to all types of pets not just dogs and cats. They sell rabbits and birds,and fish, they also usually have a few amazing hand reared different parrots or other bigger species of birds with all accessories that they'll ever need. Very animal friendly, spacious shop with good rewards offered through their shop rewards card. They are also approachable if you can find the same product at a cheaper price (with shipping included in the price) they will match it, unless it's cheaper than they pay for the product themselves, therefore end up with a loss to them personally. Yeah I think they are the place where loving caring responsible animal lovers and owners should go for their special, unique pet. See you there!"

"I literally drive over half an hour from the Gold Coast to visit this store for the bunnies. They’re always very considerate on the phone when I call in advance to check if there a bunnies in store. Even though they know I’m just visiting, someone always comes to speak to me and let me meet the bunnies they have in store at the time. Please never change, you’re my favourite pet store ever!"
"Well what would you think of this when you open your bill… $119..if she complains…absolutely appalled! Manager did not even say sorry! What a joke. I have been paying for grooming here for years, dog food fish food. They also would not credit an over charge at Christmas due to it being two months since it occured. Horrified I have referred people here… never again!!"
