"Waited half an hour for one large meal and I didn’t get any straws or sauce that I specifically ordered. I ordered via delivery too so no point in calling for a straw and sauce, still annoyed that they couldn’t get in two small things."
"The service was extremely slow, waited over 40 mins to be served. After consulting with the manger on duty; she asked her staff about the meals/drinks (that had not been served). Her staff were ignorant to her request, rudely spoken & insubordinate. Once she obtained the status of our meal - after 10 more minutes our meal arrived. The duty manager was considerate; crew were eating at the food counter. Overall the experience was not pleasant. Order #137 22/08/2023 21:17:59"
"ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT SERVICE! got a family meal and had to stand in store for 20 minutes for a meal. The order was wrong, the food was cold we were handed 5 drinks. I had to ask for straws and a drink holder. There was no "sorry for the wait" and the 2 floor managers went on lunch walking past all the customers waiting for their cold food. Its called fast food I paid over $60 for terrible service and food. Do better Macca's! I'll be going to hungry jacks next time"
"Food is never fresh, the chips and nuggets are that old that I end up giving them to my dog. Iv been going back telling myself it’ll get better but doesn’t matter on the time of day. It’s old, cold and down right nasty. More times than not major parts of the orders are forgotten or you waiting ages for a simple meal that’s not fresh."
"Checked in at the drive way at 14.05 placed an order for 3 medium mcspicy meals with 3 vanilla coke n no ice. Than at the counter i added another small double mcspicy meal. Waited at the service bay for 15 minutes and when i received the order there was 1 chips packet missing . Went inside to check with them the manager tells me she had put four packets . Opened the bag n checked as the fries were thrown at the bottom n nuggets put over it The manager is asking me if i need another medium fries as if a customer is begging for it . I told her bo need it should be put already. What a poor service at this Mcdonald place forrestdale. We have beed eating maccas at least twice a week from harrisdale n southern river for the last 2 years n never had such a bad experience. Never to visit this place in forrestdale again"
