"Booked a five week overseas holiday, paid $200 deposit, then paid another $4000+ dollars 10 months ahead leaving a balance of $2000. Every time I called to speak to Julie Quirk she was out of the office. I only managed to speak to her on one occasion out of about five. I then had to cancel this holiday due to health issues within 10 days of paying the larger deposit and was advised again, Julie was away and I was going to be charged an additional $500 fee on top of the $200 fee which I understood to forfeit. No correspondence, no phone calls, no emails and you guessed it, the person that does the refunds is away on annual leave! I very much doubt that any bookings were made at all-I asked for proof of bookings and I’m still waiting. Do NOT book your holidays with this unethical company-BE WARNED!!!!!"

"PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I have made a booking in 2019 and I am chasing for the refund as the cruise got cancelled. When I asked for the refund, a senior management team member advised that they did the refund to someone else and I need to get that transferred from that person or I have to wait until they get the payment from that third party. I have requested directors contact details and she denied to pass those details. I pity on this company how do they manage the business with such irresponsible guys. There is no single word of apology."

"Honestly terrible customer service. Anita was rude and Cameron didn’t even pass on a message to Anita. All I can say is this company should think about who they hire. Customer service is ridiculous and she lied to me and told me stuff that was not true and couldn’t happen. Was annoyed I had to book a group booking as it was too much work for her. Thankfully took my 22 thousand dollar booking elsewhere!!!"

"We do not recommend Cruise Away we have been waiting for a large refund from a cancelled cruise back last year, we know that our money has been refunded back to them from Princess,every time i make contact with them every fortnight i get the same old story that we have over 2,000 refunds and our money is in a que and they are short staffed and they do not have access to the account deparment and it is because of Covid,i guess the longer they hang on to all the refunds the more interest they will get. There is know way we will book with a TA again we will book through the cruise company direct."

"Our booking was canceled by the company just a day after we paid for a tour and they were supposed to refund the money back within the 90 days while It is not being processed after almost 6 months without any convincing responses."
