"I went into this store and asked the clerk for the cartridge for my specific printer and gave them the number of the printer. She sold me a dual pack and I asked before buying if they were the correct size and she assured me they were. I took them home and opened the packet to install them into my printer only to find that they don't fit. I rang the store and was told that I'd have to resell them on facebook and there is nothing they can do and it wasn't their responsibility as some printers are dual printers.(which my printer isn't!). Make sure you double check the information they give you."

So the lovely man came to my house, tried to adjust it, diagnosed wear and tear, and (at my request) brought with him a chair I'd tried out in the shop, adjusted it to suit my body, and left it with me. No delivery fee, no need for me to assemble it. What more could I ask?"
