"I had a very unpleasant experience visiting the bottle shop today at around 7 pm. I was ''served'' by a young lady who was very rude and confrontational. As a local, I have had previous experiences with her and unfortunately, her customer service has always been lacking. If you're looking for a friendly and welcoming environment, this might not be the place for you ( if this girl is working there as I've been served by many other people that were lovely)"

"Got served by the rudest young lady the counter she threw my id at me and was so unhelpful. She seemed only interested in going back to doing whatever she was doing on her computer and had no mannerisms for servicing customers .Made my first experience in a bottle shop not very nice ."

"Refused service after walking back in with our ID by the rudest most disrespectful scrawny 20 year old with a George Michael earring and clearly a bruised ego. Won't ever be going back. Completely disgraceful customer service from two people who've worked in customer service for over 10 years."

"Refused to serve me as I had my 12 year old daughter with me, he insisted I show him her ID, I said to him my daughter is 12 she doesn’t have ID! What am I supposed to do? Leave a child unattended on the street? My daughter never touched anything and never even pointed to anything in the store and I was refused service. Absolutely ludicrous!"

"We were served by the rudest server i have ever come across. We had our 14 year old (clearly a child) with us. Our daughter helped carry a drink to the counter and Monique (server) stated we were buying for alcohol for our daughter. When we calmly explained that our 14 year old has never drank alcohol and that we would not ever allow her to as a minor, we were told that we would have to sign a form. We agreed to but, Monique had again changed her mind and said we could not get any alcohol. I am disgusted by the total unprofessionalism and arrogance."
