"I needed some urget help with bike gear before our trip, the staff were extremely helpful, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thankyou"
"I really don't want to leave this type of review because when I have been in the shop they've been really awesome. Unfortunately the last two times I've tried to come to the shop, they've been closed when it clearly states they're open until 5:30. Today is Friday the 21st of July and I checked if they were open on google maps, stated they were. Tried to ring, no one picked up but thought what the heck it's just down the hill. Get there and they have a padlock on the doors, lights are off, but the hours are clearing stated on the glass visibly stating they're open until 5:30, I got there just before 5pm. And their open sign was still there which says "Come in, we're awesome". Now I get that life happens, we forget to flip a sign, we had to close early and didn't have anyone else to cover, that's retail for you. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened though. I'm just hoping they read this and hopefully sort out whatever is going on. I'm happy to change my review then. Take care. - Amanda"
"Best bike shop in town. That's probably all you need to know, but if you want details... I've been coming here, and talking to Steve, for well over 15 years - back then, he worked in the shop, now he owns it, and he's just as approachable, friendly, helpful, and probably even more knowledgeable, nowadays. The rest of the staff are great too, and nothing is too much trouble. They have a great range, at really good prices, with the added bonus of being able to see/ride/adjust your bike, on the spot (as opposed to just buying one online). And their after sales support is top flight - they back everything they sell, all the way. I love my new bike, i love the store, and of course I'll be back; here's to the next 15 years!"
