"I am not the first one who is giving the one star to this clinic as many people already given one star. There is no option to give Negative ratings, otherwise I would have chosen that. I have just spoken to a very rude doctor ever in my life who just took over the call from his reception staff without notifying me while she was booking the appointment for me over the phone. This doctor don’t have manners how to speak with a sick patient, he refuses to see me, he yelled and terminated the call. Seems like he need to see a doctor first before seeing other patients. He will ruined your health even worst, so think twice before go and see this rude person. I believe rude person responded to my review in the rude way. Most of the patients given you 1 star, you have to have some manners man, you are a Doctor, learn how to speak with people. You think anyone have time here to argue with you, and if you don’t respect patients, don’t think they will respect you."

Never go to this clinic as all they do is look for a quick buck to scam you. My partner was grilled by Dr Massoud for visiting the EMERGENCY ROOM instead of seeing him. "My daughter had an accident at home, I was advised by health direct to seek medical help right away. Booked by app on health engine. I arrive at my appointment. I’m scolded right away by the dr because apparently booking online cost them money yet I had to pay $70 for the consult even with a health care card. No test or referral because my daughter wasn’t crying even tho she had a squishy lump on her head from tripping. Then accused me of abusing my child. Horrific behaviour, I’ve never experienced such rudeness, neglect and ignorance. Go to another doctor!"

"Dr Massoud is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Unlike most doctors I have been dealing with, he is never *dismissive* and always thorough with investigating the root cause of his patient's ailment. I used to hate going to doctors because you complain about pain and they just dismiss you, where as Dr Massoud will not rest until he figures out what is causing this pain, whether via special tests, scans or specialists he will do what is available. I was also really impressed with his knowledge in a very spectrum of health issues."
