"I was so disappointed with the receptionist .she should learn how to talk with customers. She was actually so rude, not polite at all as if she is running the clinic. It didn’t happened once but each time I visited, the receptionist is so unprofessional.( both receptionist the girl and the that lady) . I wish I know the person who is running that clinic to share what we felt going there . Note to that receptionist: pls earn and do some higher education for your betterment. And dr. Anisur I know you are old enough but can you be polite with patients please. You are highly qualified and show some manner for what you have educated. Everyone’s life doesn’t run their life by you . So calm down. Moreover, they dnt have any respect towards elderly people. I still get mad thinking how they have treated my mom who cannot speak English. If you guys cannot do what you have to why dnt you just stop working ??? I will stop visiting this clinic cox if people above cox I felt so humiliated."

"Save yourself the stress AND DON'T BOOK in this practice. Saw Dr Anisur Rahman as I needed to get a lab request. Told myself it wont matter as I only needed a lab request, but I was wrong! Should never have booked an appointment. Dr Rahman lacks empathy and kindness. He is rude and unwelcoming. He also missed a lot of tests from my check, so I had to return for another check after my usual GP checked the request. Good thing I had time to have my tests rechecked by my regular GP in another clinic. This practice is also unprofessional and disorganised. I had phoned about my concern more than 3x and they just lied and threw me back and forth. NEVER BOOK THIS PRACTICE. From the receptionist down to the GP, you're guaranteed of a bad experience. Can't believe how the receptionists are so rude and just don't have telephone manners! Don't trust your health with this practice. There are more reliable practices in the area."

"My wife had a terrible time trying to get her blood test results from this clinic. The receptionist was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping. The doctor was not kind and made the whole conversation not appealing, Receptionist is so rude and demanding causing my wife so much frustration that she ended up in tears. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and we won't be returning."

"The front desk receptionists have always been kind but the doctor (Female) was extremely rude and judgmental. NOT something ive ever experienced from a doctor. Really disappointing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable."

"Hopeless! They are very confused what they doing. Take my wife their as she had infection. They just print out from google what it can be. No help at all. We went to another doctor and find out the problem straight away. But my wife have to go through lot of pain for around 5 week because of their unprofessional service. Also once book urgently for iron infusions but they cancel that on last minute. Not recommend"
