"Worst medical centre ever ….I am trying to book appointment of iron infusion from last 1 month …first 2 times a girl pick call and said docter is on holidays I waited for two weeks , then after a week an Indian girl say can you call tomorrow for booking because I am finishing my shift in 2 minutes ..again after few days a lady picked call and said I can book you after 1 week and after 1 week she said our docter is not here becoz docter is unwell ..rediculous service ..will never come back and never recommend to anyone"

"Went to the practice today to get a replacement referral which is usually no problem at all.. Most times the reception is fine but today had the most horrible experience with a particular receptionist. I empathise with Uni Stud who had a similar experience with Jacki. I've never had such an appalling experience with any other receptionists. I went in at about 9am in the morning to request for a replacement referral. Gave a note detailing all the info the dr might need. There was 1 person before me. My turn came n I handed her the note. She read it, put it aside and told me to take a seat. Later, she called me to ask for an additional detail which I gave. Then I mentioned that I will pick up the referral late evening to give more time for the dr to print another one. In the afternoon I telephoned to check if the referral could possibly be ready as is usually the case . She said it has been very busy. I said I understand and will come close to the end of the day. She said she will call me if it is ready but I felt the call will not eventuate and said I will come in later in the evening. When I went in at 4.30pm it was still not ready and I had a feeling it was not handed in since morning. I was told to take a seat. Then she called me to the counter 3 times just to tell me how busy it has been! It sounded more like a subtle sarcastic reprimand. I was shocked at her behaviour. Took a seat again. Then called me a few times asking for my name and the reason for the referral yet again .She mumbled about messaging the dr etc. Later the dr called the reception regarding my request and by that time she was all over the place with so much confusion. Something that was straightforward was turned on its head just by a receptionist with an attitude. It had been such a distressing day having to experience such appalling behaviour. she she"

"As I could not see my regular Dr. I booked an appointment with another doctor. This turned out to be a very poor decision. As the Dr decided to make unsupported claims to the health issues I could be suffering. Apparently Diabetes or MS. Something that no one would want to hear any so called professional taking pot luck guesses at. Disappointed.... for the anxiety that you have caused me. For the privilege of all of this, I was not bulk billed but charged the full rate."
