"Went to barbertown today for the last time. After waiting an hour the staff told me about terrible way they employ/treat staff so can see WHY they don't have enough staff members. I truely felt sad after talking to staff member. Go work elsewhere. No paid holidays no paid sick time. I thought slavery had been abolished, I guess not at barbertown"

"It's always the same story here. I have been several times and will not be returning. They will have multiple barbers working. But all of a sudden all but one disappears leaving one barber to serve you and the people waiting before you. I honestly think this people are trying to find out how long people will put up with bad service. There have been times where I'm next in line and the only barber just walks out of the store and leaves me sitting there on my own. Barbers just walking out and leaving you to sit there for ridiculous amounts of time is just not okay. Do not go here if you value your time because this barber shop is having a laugh when it comes to customer service. The prices are also eye wateringly high. Where do they get off thinking that can charge this much money and offer such pathetic customer service. It was really easy to find another barbershop to give me just as good a haircut at a fraction of the price and also one that doesn't just abandon their post every 5 minutes."

"If you want to waste an hour of your time sitting around waiting for a haircut, this is the place for you. This isn't a one-off event ether. The last 3 visits now have all been 1hr plus wait times. Also it's not because they're busy. They have a skeleton crew of staff on every time. Time to go elsewhere."

"I went in for a haircut at 4pm and asked if they could fit me in because the store closes at 5pm, but they said they close in half an hour which should not be said if the google ad says it closes at 5pm. I only wanted a buzz cut which would not take a very long time. If you advertise your store closes at 5 close at 5 and not 30 minutes earlier just so you can go home earlier."
