"The guy was ok but blunt. But when we turned up at our appointment we had to write up our own tattoo. When I asked to see fonts he said no! I had to write it myself. Paid $200 for 15 min of tatt. One for me and one for my step dad and we both had to write it in our handwriting so ended up looking horrid. Absolute rip off. I've been here before for 2 tattoos and never been treated like that or been so unhappy. I bought the tattoo for my step dad as a gift. Very disappointing and I won't be going back. Go somewhere else."

"Was going in for a nipple piercing, I am 17 and asked on the first call whether it was fine, they said it should be. Confirmed the booking on a second call a day before and was all good to go. NSW laws say you only need to be 16 for intimate piercings, but they didn't want to do it for "moral reasons" because I was still under 18. I showed them the laws and they still refused. I had to drive all the way from QLD, waste time, and money on fuel just to be rejected. Wish this was more clear."
