"Bought family dinner boxes, service was good, but when we got home( we don't live far either)the chicken pieces were tiny, very dry, and doesn't taste like it used to. The chips were like dried up cardboard, and the potato and gravy is tasting more like the plastic container it comes in. Very dissapoiting, won't be back to this store again."

"Ordered via the app to "skip the queue", went in store and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. Three people ordered after us in store and received their food before us. More than 5 workers and the supervisor or manager sitting in their office but all the customers still had to wait long times to even have their order taken. Paid ~$9 for 10 nuggets, they were wrapped tightly in this tiny bag and all smashed together. Consistently experience bad service and long wait times."
