"Thursday afternoon 12th May 2022 around 4.30pm my car decided to die right in a main intersection of Springfield Lakes in Qld. Three guys came to help me but pushing up a hill in the pouring rain was just impossible. Along comes one of your amazing drivers who blocks the traffic and pulls up in front of me, the others put a tow rope on my car and the back of the semi and I’m towed up the hill to a safer position on the side of the road. I don’t know how many people abused me, but the three guys and your driver made sure I was safe and then left and I cannot thank them enough. I am extremely grateful to your driver who left before I could get his name. A big thank you to him for going out of his way to help a stranger."
