"Scheduled my appointment 4 days in advance, got at the medical centre on time, and even though I had to wait for one a hour and a half to see the doctor. Incredibly disrespectful with the patients."

"My experiences at this Medical Centre have been highly disappointing. I've visited four times with genuine health concerns, only to be dismissed and told to seek referrals or rebook appointments. The communication and treatment by Dr. Nisreen were dismissive and unhelpful. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I had to take time off work for appointments that led to nothing. This is not acceptable for a place that should prioritise patient care and health concerns. Improvement is needed."

"I booked a tele consultation and still Dr Nasireen said I had to come in for a one on one consultation to receive a medical certificate, she was very unprofessional, spoke in a rude tone and refused to send via e- link which is what most dr surgeries do if you are unable to attend the gp due to sickness otherwise they do not offer the Tele- consult service. If you cannot offer medical certificates via Tele call you should not be offering that service to patients."

"Just at the medical centre today. Was told the Dr doesn't accept female patients which is no issue. Upon attending with my 9 year old daughter. I waited 3/4 of an hour, due to me being late for my appointment. No problem at all. After waiting I'm then told by the same staff that I greeted when arriving that I can't have my daughter with me as the doctor can't see any females in his office. Why I thought this was Australia with anti-discrimination laws. How is this acceptable. What's the reason for this?"

"Dr. Nisreen is unbelievably unprofessional. Waited twenty-five minutes for an appointment that I booked three weeks in advance. I had already received the prescription and done the consultation with another doctor beforehand. I understand that the procedure needs to be done at a certain time of the cycle, but her comments were ridiculously rude and her whole attitude was horrible. The only reason this clinic is getting three stars is because of the efforts of the receptionists and Dr. Sarma. They are the only people that make this clinic worthwhile."
