"Terrible pool servicing - had them service my rental property and had one problem after another. I couldn't believe the level of incompetence from leaving the pool timer on 24/7 (my tenants were away & had a huge electricity bill), incorrect installation of pool parts, to incorrect billing etc. etc. Needless to say I no longer use their services - even after I had cancelled the technician phoned me one day saying he was on the way to service the pool so admin hadn't even advised him. The company has now changed its name (Aus Pool & Spa Co Pty Ltd and the pool servicing division is now named PoolService2U)."

"I couldn't give less than one star. It seems that while it's been a long time since the previous review of active pool supplies Bundall, not a thing has changed! I have been disgusted with the lack of regard, lack of respect and extreme failure to provide any sort of customer service! I was assured that I would receive a call today following a visit to the store yesterday. I was told that not only would I be contacted, but that I would be receiving a full refund for the faulty pool cleaner I have been attempting to get a satisfactory outcome to since early Dec last year. I have contacted the store repeatedly and each time promised that someone would get back to me............. Dominic, Rachel and guy whose name I don't know but who I have known from Swimart palm beach all assured me they would resolve the issue............. When I was in store I was told that the amount I paid was not able to be refunded? Took my money yet can't give it back?? If the eftpos is good enough to take my money it can surely give it back when active pool supplies fail to stand by their products and their word. I will not be doing business with this company again."
