"I have been to see Mark on and off since 2017 and would definitely recommend. You are always greeted with a smile and he makes you feel relaxed with his sense of humour. He also has a lot of patience especially when you're the person who is rubbish at describing types of pain and who is not normal when certain movements should trigger what you're describing. Thankfully Mark works it out and the treatment and exercises that are given work. I still put to use the exercises that Mark gave me to do more as maintenance rather than need and after 10+ months and finely doing as I was told and resting I am now back at the gym without issue.
