"The asian women at the counter was extremely rude with zero customer service. She barely looked at me while I was ordering and I asked if I needed a table number and she walked away while mumbling under her breathe. I wanted at the counter because I didn’t hear anything she said. So i asked her again saying that I couldn’t hear what she said and again she walked away. So I said to her that she is quite rude but she didn’t seem bothered and just carried on walking away."

"Appalling customer service! Firstly, it is important to note that this restaurant was only accepting card payments on the day, no cash was accepted nor change given. My partner ordered a chicken club sandwich and a beer, total price being $23.50. He used paypass to pay, then realised they had charged $34.00 to his card. He asked the girl serving to refund the difference; and she flat out refused, saying that it was obviously our bank that made the error. We showed her the receipt (the receipt shows $10.50 cash change given, which obviously did not happen as this is a no cash restaurant) which showed the $34 charge as well as the item on his banking app which clearly showed the higher amount debited; and she would not listen to a word we said. The girl serving actually starting yelling at us, raising her voice and screaming that it was a bank error and not her error. A lady lined up behind us came forward to try and help, she stated she works in a bank, and that this is not a bank error. It was very clear that the server had entered the wrong amount paid into her system etc; but still the server yelled and would not listen. We eventually had to go 'full Karen' and ask for a manager. It took around half an hour for the manager to turn up. The manager seemed annoyed to be there; but at least she eventually sorted the refund. If I could give zero stars I would, simply based on the servers attitude. It was a simple error that could have been fixed very quickly if she had stopped yelling and screaming and just listened for a minute! It was only $10.50 but still could have been fixed quickly and easily without all the drama."
"Burger presented well, flavour was good. Customer service was appalling. Asked for it to be extra hot as I am pregnant and no cheese. Weird face pulled at me with no respect. Had to scrape the cheese off and pull apart the burger. If customer service was better and respectful then they would got a 5 star review. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service."
"Loaded fries were amazing! Reasonably priced food and drinks and service was 10/10. Hidden in a back part of the food court but defs not a place to miss whilst you're there"
