"Why does this wetlands have a sign saying I can not fish or kayak fish their ? It's full of decent sized and hugeee carp, hugeeee yabbies and shrimp that I have seen personally at night with my torch, it would also not surprise me if native eel tailed catfish, short finned eels and other species like invasive redfin live their as well as I know their are lots in the surrounding area ponds/creeks... Possibly people are releasing those fish species in the ponds. I am just very disappointed you cant fish here for invasive species like carp and redfin... What a joke...... I just going to fish here anyway but release all native species except yabbies as I do not fish for them i trap them and it's not illigal"
"A lovely spot for walking. Flat ground, some gravel paths, wheelchair accessible. Some birdlife atound but not as much as in previous years. Plants in ponds need trimming back. Getting too overgrown"
"Love this little piece of tranquil nature. Either walking or riding, it's a nice loop. Usually see a range of animals. I regularly take my son on the bike trailer through it. He loves it!"
"One of the best new suburban wetlands in Southern Adelaide. Hard to believe that ten years ago it didn't even exist!"
"A lovely place in the middle of the suburbs for a leisurely stroll. Has a diverse flora and fauna. Ducks waddling along with their ducklings during Spring time are a delight to see. Massive black cockatoos and colourful lorikeets are quite a sight to see."
