"I did my shopping, upon checking out not one register was open only self service, which had a line 10 deep, now normally not a problem however most the people including mybself were families with loaded trolleys , i felt really sorry for 1 mom in particular with a full trolly and 3 kids trying her best to scan,pack and reload while 2 of the kids were running in and out of the store. I ask why no registers open because all these people were struggling., they lady said she was the only one on and she wasnt even from that department, when there was a problem her card didnt work ...it was an utter shambles. So who ever is the manager, probably Ben! needs to get the area manager to kick him up the butt and either train him or move him on to a small store where there isnt much traffic or need for good management. Ok I got Bens name from the staff when I called up..to report what i came across... So if your at southport park shopping centre, and you want to do a good weeks worth of shopping, GO green woolies had plenty of staff on, even Aldi has a better system. Sorry coles you lost me tonight and probably 1/2 the patrons that had to struggle to purchas food from you."

"Absolutely disgusted by Kirsten who is working on the register plus cigarette counter this afternoon, she was such a sour face, she even threw my bags at me to pack my own groceries. Never had such feral customer service, won't be back there."

"Mel at the front service counter was rude and arrogant. I asked for help at the back of the counter as I had a basket full of grocery items and didn't want to go to the front as I hadn't paid for them yet, I was also limping after breaking my ankle 6 weeks prior, and she rudely told me to come to the front when she could have walked five paces to me. When I asked her for a product she rudely told me it was in an isle as if I was bothering her. When I checked it was in a different aisle altogether. When I returned to the front she was having a private chat with another staff member as if she had all the time in the world. What happened to customer service, she should have taken me to the product, or having noticed I was unable to move well, she could have collected the product for me. Just rude. Coles is really hitting rock bottom at the moment! Their staff has the worst attitudes of any supermarket chain!"

"Unprofessional and rude behavior of staff on cash register. Absolutely loud aggressive & unwelcoming attitude. Treated me like a criminal just because I bought the bread from Aldi & showed him on counter with proper invoice but still Checkout staff assistance react so bad, with aggression & loud mouth over no reason. Which is disrespectful for me & also disgraceful for Cole's supermarket as well. I always like to support & priorities local business on multinationals but this behavior is not appreciated. Please trained the new & young staff. Otherwise next time I will definitely returned the goods straightaway & never returned to the same store for the business."
