"These guys are big a rip off, be careful. Left my car to get a quote to fix the brakes and have been told $1200, which is fair enough. However when I decided not to go ahead with the job have been charged $150 for the quote. Haven't been told there would be a price just for a quote, what a rip off. $150 spent for nothing done... and regarding you reply it's not true what you said. You didn't recall me with a proper explanation and never mentioned about diagnosis fee, you are a liar. You only said that to me when I decided not to go ahead with the job. Your Lying answer does not reveal the whole situation as you said. Furthermore, my decision in not go ahead with the job is not related to budget, that's once again your lying guessing. No wonder you have several 1 star reviews of unhappy customers and if you keep going that way hope you have even more."

"I used this shop twice and had bad experience both of them. He uses the old mechanics method of getting more money, he will tell you the a price, then at the end he will charge a different price claiming he took longer than he expected. Also not professional with time, he told me the job would take 2 hours and bring the car 8am, then you expect the car to be ready around that time or a bit longer, then the car was ready 5pm only because I called asking how long it would take. I dont like leaving a bad review before I talk to the business, however in this case I showed the owner my dissatisfaction with his work and he did not say anything. Shame!"
