Exciting news! On April 5, 2023, the Peregrine Group entered into a binding agreement with Viva Energy Group Limited, one of Australia's leading energy companies, to merge OTR, SMGB, and its Wholesale Fuels businesses into Viva Energy's growing Convenience & Mobility business. This merger will accelerate the transformation of OTR's Convenience business and make us one of Australia's leading retail brands.
