"Very educated and understanding staff who are passionate about their work. We were having lots of troubles with our pup who was very unsettled especially in the evenings. This was causing a real barrier to bonding with him. After some training sessions and then a veterinary session it was clear he needed medication and now he is a new dog. He has settled in to home life much better nkw and we all love our little pooch so much more as his true personality shines!"
