"I implore all customers to check their receipts against stock price tickets, there are some indiscrepancies with pricing vs what is charged. I would also like to add that some of the staff need to "tweak their customer service skills" A simple 'hello, how are you' would be sufficient but sometimes I don't even get greeted, I just get looked at and charged for my groceries. In fact the operator is often having a conversation with their co-worker whilst I'm being served, I expect more from senior staff members... Sorry it's simply not good enough. The younger staff, most have terrible presentation, clothes crumpled, hair not brushed, they look like they just got out of bed, 10yrs ago we would have gotten fired for such tardiness."

"Romeos has almost everything a supermarket should have. Friendly staff who are always ready to help, specially with those high up items that are hard to reach."

"Good opening hours but do you trust a shopthat is just so grubby. Hundreds of dead flies in the windows entrance doors absolutely filthy windows disgusting. just not for me I'll go elsewhere. The only thing that looks clean is the floors and even then the entrance is dusty dirty. Return visit. Well it has improved."

"Well, where do I start, being from out of town, not locals, there was no sufficient lighting outside on the side carpark!!! Couldn't see where the entrance was!! It was so dark, couldn't take photos."

"Staff are the only good thing about this store. A lot of stock was missing and most of the price tags for what was on the shelves were missing. Staff very friendly and helpful as well as enough on floor for you to find if needed with no self serve area"
