"5 Stars based 100% on the fact that the staff are ridiculously nice and so friendly. This is the only servo I get fuel from and every time without fail I am greeted with a smile. They should be incredibly proud of the team they have."
"The long hair guy working Friday after lunch was totally rude to me after I asked him to reset the eftpos machine because my phone t&g didn't work the first time, he wouldn't reset again until I went to the next register. Why do owners employ people who don't have any customer respect"
"Put $15 worth of unleaded petrol in my car to find the needle didn't move. I drove home left the car over night and in the morning found the needle still hadn't moved. Drove to Brisbane and had my petrol light come on by the time I got to turbo street, went to an independent petrol station and put $20 worth of petrol into my car and the needle indicated I had a quarter tank. Don't buy petrol from here....."
"I was walking across the driveway on my phone and when I entered the Shell store I asked the green haired attendant about a certain product I wished to purchase, she explained to me that she had to turn all HER pumps off, which I find hard to believe, due to me being on the phone even though 2 of the pump users were on their phones also whilst pumping fuel which I realised after walking out of the store. Now a couple of weeks ago I witnessed 2 people smoking cigarettes next to the gas bottles to which she did nothing about, the gas bottles are directly next to the attendants window and when I told her of the smokers next to the gas bottle she did nothing to stop them. I'm all for safety if your practicing it across all spectrums of the servo, but this leads me to the simple question. What is more dangerous, smoking next to gas bottles or talking on a phone whilst walking across the driveway? I'm not being a smart arse I would just personally like to know what's more dangerous?"
