"If I could give zero stars I would. Will not be going back. Asked to come back in half and hour, yep no problems. Came back and was totally ignored - no recognition at all. Somebody else walks in and instant how can I help whilst I had been waiting at least 10 mins at this stage. If you can't be bothered with customer service and treating people with respect I will take my money elsewhere. Another salon not far from there...instant service and courtesy."

"So disappointed in this place have been coming here for a couple of year and not once have I left unhappy. I was charged $69 my colour which is patchy and the lady doing my nails was so rude and raised her voice at me when I was trying to explain I wanted a glitter fade I ended up leaving with the worst “glitter fade” my experience was so bad i paid and walked out crying I will not be returning that’s for sure"

"Have been loyal customer for a long time. Recently was told that the shape of nail I wanted was not possible, despite showing several pictures from the internet (shape is called mountain peak). When I asked why it wasn't possible I was told because the style I wanted is "ugly". First technician asked me three times if they were short enough and when I patiently explained no and showed her the pictures again, she sighed loudly at me in exasperation and rolled her eyes. 2nd technician stepped in, I showed her the photos, she made the shape I asked for and when I asked how to get that shape in future she had the cheek to say I should bring photos, like hadn't just shown her several. Very rude way to treat a repeat customer and I was made to feel like I was being difficult because what I wanted wasn't to their liking. Getting nails done should be a relaxing pleasant experience. Plus I'm paying for a service, for the way I would like my nails to be. Never coming back."

"They are amazing. I go to this salon since few years now. Very clean, the staff is always polite, and when they are fully booked they feel so bad to ask you to come half an hour later. Their acrylic nails last until I need a refill and they take the bother to learn how you want your manicure or pedicure. Last time I had shellac mani and pedi and as usual - just perfect. Highly recommended."

"I booked an appointment for Thursday night, thinking it would help, considering how busy it could be, but the booking didn't seem to make any difference. I was looked after by Ann who completed a full set of acrylics in less than an hour (not considering the wait times when she disappeared to look after other clients). the set is beautiful with no show of bubbling as Ann took care with the application. it is the thinnest application I've ever had with acrylics and looks like it could be my natural nails; though I wonder if this jeopardizes the lifespan of the nails. I would like it if staff could let their customers know when they have to disappear to attend someone quickly/ swap with someone else as it is confusing when they leave their seat just to watch them open a box and refill gloves while you dangle your hands mid air with one nail glued on. otherwise, understood them rushing me off my seat to wash my hands as it is a busy night. signs show you will get a 10% discount for reviews but was unable to see if it would be honored."
