My Dad’s mate passed away and considering we live in Sydney ; I called the closest florist to organize a delivery of fresh flowers to the grieving widow . Not only was Mel able to fulfil our request with flying colours ; she was able to compete the last minute order without any prior notice and able to organize same day delivery ! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"So disappointed. Certainly not worth your money for what you get … 2 wilted roses and a daisy for $65. I called the night before asking if I could order and pick up the day of a special event and it was “not a problem and would only take 10 minutes”. When I got there it was a different story. The store wasn’t even set up well after opening hours, and I was made to feel bad that I was “in a rush”. When she did hand me the flowers I expressed my disappointment in the bouquet and I got a shrug of the shoulders for what I got for what I paid for."

"Horrified. I contacted them directly to ask about why my order happened the way it did only to be ignored for a week. So I’ll let others know and beware. Unprofessional embarrassing and insulting experience. Was told we would get a gorgeous bunch of flowers for $60 that we wanted to send to a funeral. Then told $15 for delivery even though it was across the street. We arrive at the funeral and I see them and can not believe they’re so small. Oh well, but then I see the card. FUNERAL GET THERE BY 11 *my phone number* That’s it. Are you freaking kidding me?!? You charged me $15 to walk the flowers literally across the road and they were the smallest bouquet that Coles could have sold for $15. It was supposed to say from our family overseas who couldn’t be there and my mother who was also in attendance. The poor family had to read that?! We were both horrified! Obviously we couldn’t take photos- it’s a funeral! And I didn’t want to say anything towards it all I could say was who they were from. So I wrote to you personally, and you STILL haven’t responded even with my number and email makes me think you couldn’t care less about what happened. H fact it was a funeral as well says a lot about you as a person and a business. So karma can take care of you. I’ll take care of my extremely embarrassed mother that had to admit those awful insulting FUNERAL branded flowers were from her. I hope karma gets you after what you did to the poor grieving daughter who had to read those flowers."
