"Dave and the boys went out of their way to find a inconsistent clunking noise, had the Ute back there twice due to the noise, as I had an OME gvm upgrade fitted there, and the noise developed over time. Nothing to do with the suspension (actually a problem with the tjm steps and bar . Couldn't recommend Arb Biggera waters."

"I drove over from Perth and needed some spotlights to get home safely. This store had the stock and knowledge to get me sorted. Installing them they were booked out until July, and with limited tools I was stuck. The workshop managed to fit me in and get the bits done I couldn't. Ie drill the holes and fit the mounting brackets. I 100% recommend this store, great guys and a professional service. Cheers guys."
"Reading the previous reviews, I must be the most unlucky person on the Gold Coast. In Sept 2020 I ordered a drawer system and fridge drop slide from Michell. In January 2021 I am told they have all the parts so these were installed a great job by the guys concerned. I was in no hurry to install my fridge so I left that for a couple of weeks only to find it would not fit the slide. After talking to the maker MSA, Mitchell had ordered the wrong model for my fridge. I discussed this with the staff at ARB only to be told the correct model was in very short supply (no apologies) After making my own searches I found one in Brisbane made the journey to pick it up and get it to ARB for the change over (still no apologies) or compensation for fuel. All now good. I had a tailgate assist fitted the same day only to find when the tailgate is down the retaining straps one is supporting the tailgate the other isn't. I called ARB to have the remedial work done to be told they were so busy it would be well into March before it could be done. Not the best service I have had and will have to consider another ARB store."
