"Do not recommend. I usually go through a private mechanic but booked with Hyundai this time as I got a letter in the mail about ABS module recall and I've also been having a couple of electrical issues I was advised to see Hyundai directly about. When I organised the recall I was told (not asked) that they will do a service too if needed and at that point I also mentioned the electrical issues that needed investigation and repair. So all up my car was going in for: 1. Safety Recall 2. Standard service 3. Non-functioning power window (which I mentioned was a priority) 4. AM/FM of radio unit not working (not an issue with aerial or leads as per previous investigation) 5. Non-functioning back seat warmers (only requested a quote for repair) When I picked up my car that evening I was told they were really busy that day and couldn't complete everything, keep in mind I dropped it off at 9am and collected at 5pm - so they had the car for 8hours and at no point in advance did they let me know they couldn't complete the job or offer to keep it overnight to continue the next day, I also booked this service 2 weeks in advance - plenty of opportunity to allocate appropriate time to my service. So to sum up what they did do: 1. Completed safety recall 2. Incomplete service (car not washed and vacuumed, brake fluid not replaced - was told it needs replacing and it will be $150 when I come back, headlights not checked - noticed one high beam out a day later, full service breakdown/receipt not provided, next service sticker not changed) 3. Brief check of my window - advised issue with switch and quoted $500+ for new one which is incorrect as I know the issue is with the motor, they also left it partially down so now I'm using duct-tape to seal it shut because I can't get it back up 4. Brief check of radio - might be issue with unit but need to come back for proper diagnosis 5. Did not investigate rear seats When questioned about the incomplete service all they offered was next time I come back they'll make sure it's cleaned and top off my tank for me - not ideal because Midland isn't my local, I chose them because my parents are in the area to drive me to and from. Really unhappy and they have offered no resolution, oh and the service cost me about $400."

"I can't speak highly enough of the service and support I have received from the staff at Midland Hyundai. I have purchased four cars from this dealership and had all servicing done through the service centre. This week they diagnosed my car with an issue after a dash warning appeared. At all times, Nazaria in the service centre was clear, prompt and honest in her communications with me. She took my issue to her manager and together they advocated for me with Hyundai warranty services to support my issue being resolved under warranty. Nazaria organised for me to have a loan car while my car is fixed without me asking. She, and all service centre staff, have been incredibly supportive, friendly, informative and honest. It has been a genuine pleasure to deal with them. Thanks so much."

"I took my Hyundai Elantra in for changing breaks they charged my $1380 for it because rotters need to be changed as well. I agree to that and paid. After two months Break pads down to metal again. I called them and they don’t want to hear about it. Lady I spoke to manager at service department said it’s my driving style but I had previous brake pads almost for 3 years and had no issues. People they have at front counter at serving needs to be experienced. My $1300 plus gone down the drain. Now I had to get some other mechanic to change them for me and paid another $350 for them."

"Up until yesterday, the Assistance Service Manager was super friendly. I needed to do an emergency service on my car after my engine light came on Santefe 2016 (6 Months after my warranty ended). And three months after, Another Hyundai service company stuff up. Midland service charged me 1.5K, almost eight times of parts value for a 6-7 hours job day before yesterday. And after the test drive by the company, I picked up the car yesterday. After some bumpy drive felt like loose bolt noise on an engine bay compartment, I rang the service he said you need to pay another $200 Inspection fee if they find no fault. It's just not only their fault, and I called Hyundai Australia. They said they couldn't help because I am 6 months out of warranty. So please do yourself a favour, sell your car before the warranty ends, or buy a brand like Mazda or other reliable brands who will look after their customers (and they did for me even after of warrant date two years ago). What's the point of doing all the services with the Hyundai dealership service station (In my case, eight all services varying from $600-$800). This will happen when all Australian Carmakers are gone and let these overseas Lemon companies exploit Australia."

"Just had my car serviced at Midland Hyundai - Big thanks to Kai for all of his help. Super impressed with the care and attention that I received. Great job with the car and amazing job looking after the customer. Plus the cafe on-site is a brilliant touch. I'll definitely be back"
