With a rich history dating back to 1992, when we were known as Blucher Australia Pty Ltd, we have been the exclusive importer and distributor of two highly successful stainless steel pipe and fitting systems from Denmark and Germany – the Blucher Drainage System and Geberit Mapress Press-Fit System. These systems have been widely used throughout Europe and have proven their reliability and efficiency.
Over the years, our product range has expanded, and so has our expertise. Today, we are proud to be 100% Australian owned and operated, and remain the market leader in providing hygienic and high-performance stainless steel solutions.
One of our standout products is the rubber ring push-fit drainage system, featuring a dual lip ring seal made from 316 stainless steel. This system is perfect for any hygienic or performance-sensitive areas. Additionally, we design and manufacture all stainless steel channels locally in Australia, ensuring that they are customizable and tailored to suit your project.
Our Duplex 2205 Press-Fit System offers the benefits of press-fit installation combined with the material advantages of duplex stainless steel. This system is ideal for various applications. Furthermore, our press-fit copper nickel system is certified for marine and shipbuilding use, offering the highest quality manufacturing standards.
For civil drainage needs, we offer the KG2000 system made from polypropylene (PPB) using heavy wall technology. This system has an SN 10 or SN 16 rating and is available in sizes ranging from 110mm to 500mm.
Our Press-Fit System is designed for pressure applications such as hot and cold water, compressed air, diesel, oils, fuels, solvents, steam, natural gas, and other mediums. With a wide range of tube and fittings available from 15mm to 168mm, we have all your plumbing needs covered.
When it comes to copper systems, our AusPress copper system carries Australian standards and WaterMark certification. It is available in sizes ranging from DN15 to DN100, guaranteeing the highest quality manufacturing practices.

"Have had my Boucher Press tool for a few years but rarely use it. I find using the oxy set is so much cheaper! My Blucher Copper tube press fitting tool stopped working and it went in for repairs and it was returned with no charge. Great, right? But it was never repaired, because there was no charge! Go figure!?? It stopped working straight after and I have just had the printed circuit board replaced with a total cost of $760!! Why could this huge expense not be subsidised considering there appears to be a clear and obvious fault with the tool. I was charged $440 just for the circuit board and $300 for labour and consumables!!! This seems to be a profiteering exercise with absolutely no compassion who the customers that have purchased their faulty product. My Blucher Tool had barely done any work and the condition of it proves that. When dropping mine off for repairs and picking it after repairs I saw so many other Blucher Crimpers, same as mine, on the front counter going in for repairs. Obviously a major common fault and at $760 for each repair (if all other costs are similar to mine), this is a clear and obvious reason why not to buy the Blucher Tool, which is now a product of Auspress!! Buyer beware! There are numerous other brands out on the market with better results."
