Welcome to Goodstart Early Learning Thornlie! Located on Geographe Way in Thornlie, Australia, our institution is a high-quality child care centre that offers a warm and friendly environment for children to learn and grow. Situated on a cul-de-sac in a convenient pocket of town, we are close to schools, shops, and community facilities.

At Goodstart Thornlie, we believe in providing children with diverse learning experiences. Our educators offer activities in a wide range of areas including science, maths, computers, art and craft, and physical skills. We also promote gender equality and cultural diversity in all aspects of our programming, ensuring that all children are treated as individuals with unique personalities.

Our centre is proud to have two qualified Early Childhood Teachers who run our Kindergarten program, as well as our Pre-Kindergarten program. Additionally, we are fortunate to have many multi-lingual educators who share their language and culture within the centre.

Each of our rooms is set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, providing colorful and stimulating surroundings for children to engage in sensory, play-based learning. We are focused on ensuring that children are ready to transition to school and offer age-appropriate play spaces and equipment to enhance their awareness of their surroundings and the importance of sustainability.

Our strong partnerships with families enable us to communicate effectively and meet the developmental and care requirements of all children in our centre. We tailor child goals and program outcomes to each child's individual needs, interests, and strengths, while respecting the cultural diversity within our centre.

Outside of our centre, we have age-appropriate play spaces and equipment that allow children to explore their environment and learn about sustainability. We also actively engage with the broader community through visits, excursions, and participation in community events, teaching children about being contributing and active members of society.

As the Centre Director, I, Surinder, am passionate about the development and learning that occurs in a child's first five years. With my experience in the early learning sector since 2010 and as a mother myself, I understand the importance of choosing the right early learning provider for your child. My aim is to support you and ensure that your family feels supported and included in our programs and setting.

At Goodstart Thornlie, our goal is to provide an inspirational learning environment where every child has the opportunity to develop their full potential. We believe in creating a sense of belonging for both children and their families.

We offer on-site parking, and our centre is conveniently located near bus routes 206, 207, and 212. Please be aware that our carpark is one way only, with entry from the second driveway.
