Onkaparinga, the region where our reserve is situated, has a rich sporting heritage. From BMX and para athletics world championships to the AFL and FIFA Women’s World Cup, our local athletes have made their mark on the global stage. We are thrilled to witness the growth of sports in our community.

In line with our commitment to inclusivity, we are excited to announce that Surf Life Saving's newest Nippers program will be welcoming First Nations children to take part in water activities this summer. It is our belief that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy and learn from the ocean.

We are also proud to be part of the council's initiative to reduce building emissions, which has been nominated for a national award. This program showcases our dedication to sustainability and creating a greener future for our community.

Frank Hilton Reserve is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our community. With a $1.5 million expansion underway, we are excited to offer a range of new opportunities for all. In addition to our commitment to the community, we are actively involved in understanding and addressing social issues. We are currently conducting a survey to better understand rising costs and access to quality food in our region. This information will help us work towards tackling food insecurity and ensuring a better future for all.
