"An absolutely delightful experience, especially as a first time walk in. Mackenzie on the front desk was super supportive and helped me communicate my ideas with my artist today, Rebeca. Everything was explained wonderfully, which for me, who needs to be walked through things even if I've done it before heaps of times, was really nice. "Cannot more highly recommend. Mackenzie was super quick to respond to my enquiry and texted back and forth with me to figure out what I wanted. She was supportive and encouraging and happy to work with me to clarify my idea. On the day of tattooing the intended artist was sick, and Laura stepped in to take over instead of cancelling on me. Laura was extremely patient and supportive and worked with me to finalise the design - I was potentially a little annoying as I flipped back and forth with what I wanted but she stuck with me through it and didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing exactly what I wanted immediately. Ella was also super chill and supportive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. Laura was super smooth with the process, her attention to detail is excellent (see pic!!), there’s not a line out of place or a single mistake made. I am an extremely happy customer. If I had to choose some words to describe the process I’d say; professional, affordable, creative/individualised, authentic and kind. 10/10 will come back when I’m ready for my next one. Thanks!!!"
