"Shocking service. Waited 50 mins then told no cab are in the area and that I should call an Uber. Totally useless. Never again."

"Actually 0 - stars. Worst taxi experience ever. Cab was dirty inside and out and smelt like a stale fish bin. Driver was obnoxious, visibly annoyed that I only needed to go a short distance from airport to hotel. When I queried why the fare was $10 and we hadn't even left the pickup zone he pushed me a piece of paper and said "read it and don't argue" A criminal racket and a crook driver. Avoid them if you can."

"I was at Fiona Stanley hospital going to Hilbert region. I was just getting a quote from Uber and it was a very good price, unfortunatly my phone ran out of battery. This resulted in me going to the taxi rank and getting in one of your cabs. Firstly: Upon openong the door and greeting the driver I was met with where do you want to go, no greeting. I found this rude. The driver was unable to understand me having to repeat myself multiple times. The cab smelt like vommit and the airconditioning was not used. Despite trying to engage the driver in conversation along the way he did not talk. Multiple times he ignored the GPS resulting in me having to advise him at late notice to turn. These factors appear intentional as the way he would have turned would have taken a long time to correct given the intersection. The price was over double what my uber was quoted at. I would never recommend using this Taxi service"

"The Taxi Driver with the license plate number: “Taxi - 4070” and the Taxidriver Registration number “44965” was trying to trick us!! We negotiated a price for a normal fare because we wanted to take an Uber instead of a normal taxi. The taxi driver told us he will do a pricematch with the Uber price. At the beginning of the ride to the selected destination he locked the doors tried to raise the fare price to the amount he told us in the beginning. We also had no A/C on the entire ride and the taxi driver was not letting us to turn down the back windows to get some fresh air! Is that a kind of trick by the Taxi company to let the customers sweat out and to feel desperate? We had 28 degrees outside! He was all the time on the phone talking to other people in a very loud way and he also stared on his private iPhone during the ride. But the best comes now! At the end of the ride we told him that we want to pay by credit card. He tipped in the right amount I was willing to pay the negotiated amount, but just before I was going to hand him over my credit card, I saw him deleting the digest of the correct amount on his card reader and waited for my credit card. Under this circumstances I returned my card quickly because he don’t wanted to show us the “new” amount what his device was now displaying!! I will tell all my friends not to take a cab of this company again and take an Uber instead!!"

"Was heading to a ball we booked two days in advanceed then on the day they called and said they would be 10 minutes late no problem I thought. Ten minutes later they called and said they would be 20 minutes away which would make us late. So in short they were incompetent. situations like this is why uber is killing cabs and why everyone has no sympathy for them"
