"Goods were unpacked from the pallet, unwrapped and promptly misplaced, marked as "no label" when they arrived in Brisbane. Hi-Trans firstly denied the goods were ever part of the delivery, then claimed the dimensions given were incorrect and tried to charge extra. They blamed the on-forwarder and the receiver. They claimed the issue was resolved more than once, without finding or replacing the missing goods - THREE MONTHS LATER they were finally put in a position where they had to actually look for the goods, found them at their Brisbane depot and sent them back completely damaged."
