The local driver "Nick" who services our area for dispatch is always more than accommodating and offers a friendly and efficient service. Collections from our dispatch are the same day and Perth Metro deliveries take 24-48 hours. We are now utilising Aramex for National deliveries and the service and subsequent support has been outstanding. If there is ever an issue, the friendly staff at Aramex are very quick to resolve it. Highly recommend Aramex Perth."

"Extremely bad courier company. 2 damaged parcels in less than 2 months of using them, when there was no issues with the previous courier company for over 2 years. Customer service is a joke. They refuse to admit or take responsibility for causing the damages even when clear photo evidence has been provided. Will not ever use them again and highly recommend everyone to avoid them. UPDATE: The link provided in the response takes me to the exact same place where I initially raised the issue with Aramex and it doesn't allow you to raise another ticket with the same tracking number."

"Absolutely horrible! They never knocked on my door, then leave a paper to collect the parcel at the depot. I called them and asked for my parcel to be redelivered, they say yes.. then 2 hours later I receive an email saying that they will no redeliver it and that I have to collect my parcel within 5 business days. However I work 5 days a week during their opening hours (as most people would). So, I call them again, ask please can you redeliver it? They say no, I have to find a time to leave work earlier, drive 30 minutes to collect it because they are unable to redeliver a parcel. Ps. Impossible to get the parcel if they never knocked on my door. Very bad service."

"Absolutely the worst delivery company in Australia. The only ones who consistently fail deliveries. Have had to email and ring multiple times to confirm the address. Business Address on the corner of a roundabout and is impossible to miss. Failed delivery twice so far. This is the only company that has failed delivery. I hope they go bankrupt so Australians don't have to be subject to their useless delivery staff any further. Everytime these guys are used as my delivery for the parcel. They always take 2-4x longer to handle and deliver the parcel and either deliver to the wrong address or don't deliver it at all. Absolutely hopeless. Do not recommend them whatsoever. I normally don't leave reviews but their constant poor performance has annoyed me to no end."

"We use Aramex often for local deliveries. 95% of them are timely and have no problems. My local driver who collects my parcels daily is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we had issues earlier in the year the customer service was none existent. They were regularly missing pickups, deliveries were delayed and no one was able or willing to help me. I am hopeful after the last 2 or 3 months of minimal issues, that maybe things are picking up now."
