Been going to this shop for the last 15 years and sometimes I would even go there twice a week, but today when I went in to show them I had bought a packet of coconut milk only yesterday( had spent almost $80 there!) which had an expired date on it, they refused to exchange it or give my a refund, even with my receipt!!! Reason was that I could have brought in an old stock from home or I could've bought it from another shop and try to change it!!!!! I said I've been coming here for so many years, and I wouldn't try to cheat them and said they could even come to my house to check if I've got any stock at home, but this is how you treat your customers? Were they implying that I'm lying and a con person?? I'm just most disappointed with their customer service and will never shop there ever again!!!"
