We take great pride in the care and love our dedicated staff provide to each child. Their child has grown and thrived under their guidance, transforming from a squishy little baby into a confident and chatty 4.5-year-old who loves their days at daycare.

Reviews of Ngala Early Learning & Development Service Perth Airport
"Have been sending our son here for almost 3 years. Fantastic staff, low staff turnover so always seeing the same familiar faces which helps make the kids feel comfortable. Educators are fantastic and follow the lead of the children. Very very happy we sent our son here!"
"Very caring and supportive staff. Our children have formed close relationships with their educators who always go above and beyond to make sure their days are full of new experiences and fun. The rooms and outdoor areas are segregated by age and ability which is great as it gives the kids something new and exciting to explore when they move up. Also, being a part of Ngala you have access to workshops and support that other daycares don't provide. Cannot rate this centre highly enough."
"I utilised Ngala child care service for both my child. I am very grateful for this. All the staff are friendly and very supportive. The center also provides information on settling baby and sleep advice. The purpose built center is clean and has a fantastic outdoor area. I get feedback about my child’s day every time I pick them up."
"All the staff are very supportive. My daughter loved her experience here, she is starting school full time this year and became very upset on her last day as she had formed great friendships with the children and staff. I found it great that Ngala use Educa to inform me of the learning activities that my daughter was involved in, was always nice to see pictures of my daughter enjoying herself. And using the kindy now app was very easy, If something came up during the night for the following day I was able to view any available positions at the centre and book her in. I would recommend this service to everyone, fun, friendly and professional."
"Would give zero star if I could. My son used to go there and got bitten by other kids very often. At one stage 3 - 4 times a week and on some days multiple times per day, always by the samd couple of kids, but very little had been done by the educators - they simply don't care. When we enquire about it they made us think it's quite normal - it's not. Since we changed day care centre last October (8 months ago) it hasn't happen again. Not even once! Besides that the educators seems to care more about filling out paperwork than the happiness and development of the children. They look like they dread going to work themselves. There's also a lot of staff changes - they can't seem to hold staff, especially the good ones - the 8 months my son was there he had 3 different room leaders and no less than 10 different staff, a great many of them don't speak English properly. In addition, if there's the tiniest thing wrong with your child, be it a slight temperature, even with a doctors note saying they are ok, if the educator didn't like it, the kid gets sent home (of course they still charge the same) which seems rather strange seeing they had a few outbreaks (including hand, foot and mouth - twice). We thought it was all normal until we switched daycare, and felt extremely guilty for not sending him to the new centre sooner. In short, if you want your child to be bitten regularly, having a different teacher every second day, send home for no apparent reason (so you have to take so many days off work unnecessarily you wonder why you bothered returning work at all) and have educators not caring about anything besides a paycheck at the end of the week then this might be just the right place for you. Otherwise stay clear!"
