"Nice enough guy, was able to write a well worded initial offer, but other than that, Carl went completely missing and completely failed me. On the day my response was due still hadn't recieved much guidance from Carl other than 2 or 3 bullet points (turns out Carl was overseas), so I had to google another lawyer to get help (in the next 4 hours I recieved more help from the new lawyer than the previous 4 months with Carl. After complaining to the company Carl was attached to(his phone was deferred to while overseas), he did finally call back somewhat bemused that I was stressed about not hearing from him. He got the court hearing date wrong 10 days placing me under immense stress. He texted me sexy texts meant for his own wife. He hasn't replied yet(15 days or more) to my request for communication. He didn't complete being served correctly so ended up not representing me, I guess, actually I've no idea he just disappeared. There was never any breakdown of his costs or explanation in any way. No doubt he'll reply here with all sorts of fabulously worded excuses, which I look forward to reading. Disappointing and in my experience mostly a complete waste of time and money, and compounded my situation into a major headache and stressful time."
