"The bus broke down on the way to pick us up and so we had to wait a hour and a half, sitting in a field in the cold. The replacement bus was a old run-down Trans-perth bus, which was not anywhere as nice as the premium party bus we had booked. There were no apologies given for our wasted time or offer of a partial refund. This bus company needs to spend some of its profits on actually maintaining its fleet. Not a great experience at all and will not recommend."
"Terrible service!! My step mum had booked and organized them for my sister's 21st for a wine tour and the bus never arrived. My step mum tried contacting the owner and it kept going straight to voicemail. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Update : we ended up going in separate cars and went to our first brewery stop as planned and was told by one of the employees of the brewery that they knew the owner and said that he was currently in Thailand."
