Our main goal is to make the legal process as straightforward as possible for you. We strive to reach a resolution without the need for Court proceedings, as we believe in finding amicable solutions. However, we acknowledge that not all disputes can be resolved outside of the Courtroom. In such cases, our experienced solicitors are ready to represent you and guide you through the Court proceedings.

We value your time and want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of your situation. That's why your initial appointment with us generally lasts for 1 hour, with the first 30 minutes being free of charge. We want to provide you with the opportunity to discuss your concerns and explore your legal options.

Dealing with the death of a loved one is never easy, and we recognize the complexity and time-consuming nature of administering their estate. Our team has a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of an executor. With a professional and independent approach, we aim to make the estate administration process as effortless and efficient as possible, allowing you to focus on grieving and healing.

We operate during our normal business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. To accommodate your needs, we offer appointments in person or by telephone, ensuring that you have access to our services regardless of your location or circumstances.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting our office. We are more than happy to assist you remotely and provide the necessary support and guidance.

Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced solicitors. Kate, who graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2006, specializes primarily in Family Law. With extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law, including complex children's issues, Kate is dedicated to helping clients navigate through challenging situations.

Sheryl, on the other hand, has a strong background in the Public Service Sector and holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Since her admission in January 2000, she has been practicing in Family Law, Wills, and Estates. Sheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, handling various aspects of Family Law with a focus on complex children's issues.
