"Went in this morning to purchase a pintle hitch to suit a newly acquired trailer. The lady who I had the honour of dealing with was abrupt and disinterested. When she finally got off the chair that she was so reluctant to part ways with, she proved to not only be hopeless and unknowledgeable at her job, but also extremely condescending. I knew exactly what I wanted and needed and I found this part in their store, but she was rudely stubborn in telling me that it would not work and I should change my entire trailer setup to a much more expensive one. Anyway, I let the incompetent woman go back to her now cold chair and drove 20 minutes to Midland Towbars who were helpful and happy to sell me exactly what I needed. An hour later and I have everything fitted and working beautifully. No thanks to parkside towbars in Welshpool."
