Reviews
"It's a tranquil park as it's not a very popular commercial area. It is easy to come by car, bus or boat. Plenty of fee payable carparks (first hour is free). There are 3-4 restaurants, jetty, and toilets in On The Point. There is a small kid's playground besides but was under construction /renovation when I came here in May 2023. It's a good walkway along the beautiful Swan River. You can walk to busy Elizabeth Quay from here. Here, Watch the swan swimming and the birds building their hidden nests. Interesting. Hope the wild lives won't be disturbed."
"Great area, bit off the track. Visit the pubs and resturaunts by boat!"
"Great spot right on the Swan River with restaurants and a brewery."
"Good park with great equipments and a fantastic 360° panorama views."
"Lovely parkland and walkway alongside the Swan River all the way to Point Fraser. It is the Eastern gateway to the city of Perth. The uniquely shaped sculptures over the children’s play equipment kept the kids fascinated but were more for adding shade to the play equipment as well as architectural features. The Council even provides doggie poop bags and bins to place them in. Point Fraser is also known by its aboriginal name of ‘boodjargabbeelup’ which means the place of river, water and the land. It is named after the botanist, Sir Charles Fraser who extensively explored the Swan River in 1827."
