"I have been going to Oschea for over 4 years, and before then had never really found a regular hair dresser I could trust, was happy with and was fair in price. Both Susan and Jacinta are absolutely amazing at what they do. Thanks to their service, care and knowledge, my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. They always take so much care in making sure you leave with the best colour, cut or style based on what you want and their experience. They will go above and beyond and recently even fit me in for a colour over the busy Xmas period when the time became free (and I only had a cut booking!). Every product they’ve recommended me has been 10 out of 10, but if you’re strapped for money you’ll never feel pressured into getting ‘more’. But even then, it’s affordable and worth it. So if you’re looking for a place that is welcoming, and genuinely good, give them a try. They’ll always be honest around how your hair type will work with a style, while finding you what you want. I don’t plan on leaving ever. Well done guys!"

"Wow. So rude. I have never been spoken to like that as a customer in my life. The male staff member was curt and dismissive to me and threw a tantrum in the salon. I was a new client and admittedly when they booked my appointment hadn’t asked much about what I wanted (not my fault). But when I turned up he was “disgusted at the state of my hair” and repeatedly asked if a “real hairdresser” had done my hair before. No other salon has ever had an issue with my hair and a half head of foils. He said there was too much work and sorry he wasn’t doing it today. I did tell him I had an event on the weekend to which so merely got a blank stare. The lady co-worker or owner not sure came over and tried to diffuse the male workers bad attitude but there seemed to be some tension there between them. Heart broken. No hair for the weekend. Embarrassed, offended and upset. Beware and make 100% sure he “understands” what you require if making a booking here. Although clearly I am here saying no way would I book at this place. It’s a shame as the female worker seemed so nice, although she was not given much of a chance to talk to me in the midst of afore mentioned tantrum. Thanks"
