"I emailed Arthur a project back in January. He called me the next day and was more than happy to discuss it further. In January, I spent over an hour discussing the project with him in the warehouse and I felt great leaving it in his hands. I made a second trip to drop off some of the material he needed for the project and he said he would get back to me in a few weeks. After a month (February) I sent an email to follow up as I hadn't heard anything, and no reply. After 6 weeks I sent another email - again, no reply. I then called Arthur two months later (March) after our initial meeting and he apologised and said he would start it that week, (that's right he hadn't even started it yet). It's now been over 6 weeks since that phone call (May) and still no communication from him. This lack of communication is beyond unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed with this service."
